Sometimes, you can't win.

Watermarks in paper are made by twisting a wire onto the deckle, then casting the paper on it.

Paper takes a long time to dry, especially at 60 degrees.

Linen does not break down into fiber after 4 hours of boiling in a soda ash solution, no matter what the books say. It will, however, lose all it's color.

The cut line on the PRAXIS II Math test to become a High School math teacher is 147.

My pre-test score is 146.

Discrete math symbols don't stay in your brain if you don't use them for 10 years.

You can make a jury rig press out of plywood and 4 c-clamps.

Arguing with an Atlantian Duke (at least one specific A.D.) is pointless...he won't listen to anything other than "Your idea will fix everything, *and* whiten your teeth".

Some other folks, however, do understand that it's not about the goal, it's about the path taken to reach the goal.

Getting to they gym three times a week isn't easy.

There is more than one type of bondo, and you can't make casting molds out of the wrong type.

Legos can fix anything.

That extra hour of sleep, it isn't enough.

Unless you can swing a big stick, your opinions won't affect anything.

Fortunately, you can swing a big stick, if you want to.

April comes in just 6 months. You can be ready.

The end is near, and a new beginning.
