Well, at 1:00 today I get to find out if legal knowledge spreads by osmosis.

Yep, that's right...I'm being sued by the folks who almost messed up us getting our house back in June.

They think I owe them $135 for the tests they ran. I think they owe me for the $180 I had to pay to get someone else to run the tests they *didn't* run on short notice.

I'll report on how it went later, after I get back...unless I'm held in contempt of Court or something.
